Data deletion — AniLovet Tutors

Primary path: your veterinary clinic

Tutor accounts are not created or deleted inside the app. They are managed by your veterinary clinic in AniLovet. The clinic only registers the minimum basic data needed for the service to work (for example, email and contact details so you can sign in and view information they authorize).

Therefore, to request deletion of your tutor account data, you must contact your veterinary clinic. They are the ones who can disable or delete your access and the associated data in their system.

Steps to request deletion

1. Contact the veterinary clinic where your tutor account is registered (phone, email, or in person, as they indicate).
2. Clearly ask for deletion of your tutor account / access in AniLovet Tutors and of the minimum data linked to that access.
3. Provide the email address you use to sign in to the app.
4. The clinic will process the request in AniLovet (disable or delete tutor access).
5. On your device, sign out and/or uninstall the app to clear local data (for example, remembered email or session tokens).

Data that is deleted (when the clinic processes it)

• Tutor access to AniLovet Tutors (credentials / sign-in linked to that clinic).
• The minimum basic tutor data registered for that access (for example, login email and related contact details).
• Local session tokens and login preferences when you sign out or uninstall the app.

Data that may be retained

• Clinical history, appointments, photos, and pet records belong to the veterinary clinic’s records. Retention, changes, or deletion of those records is managed by the clinic under its legal and professional obligations. Request action on those records from the same clinic.
• Legal retention periods for veterinary practice may apply; only the clinic can assess them.

Timelines

The timeline is set by your clinic when they process the request in AniLovet. Once the clinic deletes or disables tutor access, you will no longer be able to sign in to AniLovet Tutors with that account.
