Thank you for using AniLovet. This policy applies to auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Google Play (Android), the App Store (iPhone, iPad, and other Apple platforms), or Stripe (web payments—for example from the AniLovet portal or payment links). Payment processing and billing are handled by the platform you used (Google, Apple, or Stripe), under that platform’s terms and policies.
We offer subscription plans that renew automatically. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges according to the billing cycle of the plan you choose. If you subscribe in a mobile store, Google or Apple is responsible for processing payment and billing. If you subscribe on the web through Stripe, Stripe processes the payment under its terms; the AniLovet service you purchase is still provided by us.
In general, subscriptions that have already been charged are not refundable directly by us; refund requests and approvals are handled by the payment platform (Google, Apple, or Stripe) according to their rules and applicable law. You may turn off renewal at any time before the next charge to avoid future billing periods, depending on the channel where you subscribed.
If you subscribed on Google Play, refunds (including during a free trial, if offered) are governed by the Google Play refund policy. Outside the trial period, a refund is not guaranteed.
If you subscribed on an Apple device, Apple processes the payment. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies; see Apple’s official guidance on how to request a refund (for example, via Report a Problem or your account settings). We cannot process or approve refunds for purchases billed by Apple on Apple’s behalf.
If you paid with a card or another accepted method through Stripe (for example on the AniLovet web portal or via a payment link), Stripe processes the charge. Refunds and buyer rights related to the payment are governed by Stripe’s legal terms for consumers and applicable law. Canceling a subscription (in Play, the App Store, or Stripe) stops future charges but does not by itself remove your user account or clinical data on our servers. Account deletion (app: profile → Delete account; web: Subscription at the bottom) is a separate process; see the Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must still be managed in the store or billing platform.
